Sales Tax:
California residents pay 9.00% sales tax.
Payment Accepted:
We accept money orders, PayPal.com, checks & all major credit cards through our own business's merchant services (Wells Fargo) or paypal.com . With checks we wait 7-10 business days for them to clear.
Fax Orders:
Please send fax orders to: (415) 459 - 0814. We will only hold orders for 48 hours on fax.
Shipping
Whether USPS Parcel Post or Priority, all items will ship with insurance due to the unique and/or fragile nature of the items. Items under $200 will ship with Delivery confirmation. USPS automatically requires a signature for anything insured over $200, so delivery confirmation is unnecessary.
- If you purchase directly on our website, the shipping will be added into the Paypal.com shopping cart automatically.
- If you purchase multiple items online, our system adds shipping for each item. After the order is placed, we will recalculate your total shipping and give a refund on some of the shipping cost where possible.
- For small weight and volume items we ship by US Priority Mail with insurance and Delivery confirmation or signature requirement.
- Large volume items we ship Parcel Post with insurance and signature is required.
- Please contact us with any special shipping needs.
- At this time we do not ship internationally.
