In stock

Across Mongolian Plains, A Naturalist’s account of China’s “Great Northwest”, is a fabulous story about hunting wild sheep in Mongolia in the early 1900s. Andrews collected game and traveled around the world, doing research for the American Museum of Natural History in the 1900s. He was a great explorer of Central Asia. This is a very nice first edition book.

Original owner’s nameplate inside cover as well as signature, also some fraying along top and bottom of spine.
