This is a very rare old, pre-1900, classic Hardy Perfect reel! The reel has a beautiful patina! It has a 1896 click and has a great drag. The drag knob is covered. It has a 3 1/2″ smooth brass seat, an ivorine handle, and is right hand retrieve. The drag knob is frozen. However, the drag knob is set wonderfully for retrieving fly lines and the drag going out to fight fish is ideal.
