What a gorgeous creel! This Kenn’s creel from The K.G. McKeeman Leather Mfg. has exceptional leather tooling! The split wicker basket is solid and sturdy and the leather is in excellent condition. (There is one spot along the top of the leather hinge, right on the edge, where a little chunk was taken off, please see in pictures) It looks like someone put on their own strap at some point. This is an extremely rare saddlemakers style creel.
